How to clean Vira Colormix

Clean your Vira Colormix after every use so it stays hygienic and works smoothly next time.

Take it apart

1. Turn the comb head clockwise to open the device.
2. Remove the dye compartment.
3. Unscrew the lid of the dye compartment and take out the stirring rod.

Clean

4. Scrub the dye compartment with the cleaning brush. Flip open the silicone cover at the end of the compartment and clean underneath it too.
5. Dry the compartment and the comb head with a paper towel. Removing all moisture helps prevent bacteria from growing.

Put it back together

6. Check that the silicone cover at the end of the compartment is properly in place. Then put the stirring rod back onto the top of the screw and tighten the lid.
7. Insert the dye compartment into the device body. Turn it left and right until it no longer rotates a full circle.
8. Attach the comb head and turn it counterclockwise to lock the device.

Your Vira Colormix is now clean and ready for next time.
